1. General Terms
These Terms apply to the use of all products, games, and services made available through 123mov, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, Sabong, Esports Betting, Poker, Roulette, Color Game, and all future features introduced on the platform.
123mov operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving players in the Philippines. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform is accessible via web browser on both desktop and mobile devices — no dedicated app download is required.
By using 123mov, you represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. You further agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false information may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

2. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account with 123mov, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted for your use.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 123mov employee or business partner.
- You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the 123mov platform or any affiliated platform.
123mov reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you are found to be underage or ineligible after registration, your account will be closed and any remaining balance will be reviewed in accordance with our verification policies. We take age restrictions seriously — protecting minors from gambling harm is a responsibility 123mov does not compromise on.
3. Your Account
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each person is permitted to hold only one active 123mov account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your real name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 123mov reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
3.2 Account Registration
When registering, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used to verify your identity and ensure compliance with our age and eligibility requirements. 123mov may request additional documents — such as a government-issued ID or proof of billing address — at any point as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
3.3 Account Verification
Full verification of your account is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You may deposit and play during this period, but no funds will be released until identity verification is complete. Verified accounts also benefit from higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
123mov accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. No international transfer methods or cryptocurrency payments are accepted at this time.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit cap set in the platform by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. High-volume deposits may trigger an additional verification review.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for fully verified accounts using GCash or Maya during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or via bank transfer (InstaPay/PESONet) may take up to one business day. 123mov does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
Wherever possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable on a per-request basis. If the original payment method is no longer available, you will be asked to submit documentation to support an alternative withdrawal route.
5. Betting and Game Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
All bets are final once confirmed through the platform interface. 123mov does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted, except in cases of verified technical errors on our end. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet slip before confirming any wager.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game page before you place any bet. 123mov reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with changes taking effect from the next game round or betting market.
5.3 Voided Bets
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account wallet in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; a technical error on the 123mov platform materially affected the odds or the outcome of a game; or the bet was placed on a market that was created in error. Voided bets in a parlay are removed from the slip and the parlay is recalculated.
5.4 Technical Disruptions
In the event of a platform outage, game disconnection, or technical failure that prevents a game round from completing, 123mov will restore accounts to their pre-disruption state to the extent that server records allow. This process may take up to 24 hours. 123mov is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection problems on the player's side.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses offered by 123mov — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and VIP rewards — are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonuses are issued in Philippine Peso and credited to your 123mov wallet.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be turned over a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page before you opt in. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
123mov monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil bonus conditions. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any bonuses forfeited.
6.4 VIP Club
The 123mov VIP Club is an invitation-based loyalty program. Membership tier, benefits, and reward rates are determined by 123mov at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time. VIP status does not guarantee any minimum level of bonus or preferential treatment beyond what is explicitly stated in the VIP tier description at the time of enrollment.
7. Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your 123mov login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — private and secure. 123mov recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while someone else is logged in with your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 123mov support immediately so we can freeze the account and investigate.
Do not share your account with other people. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account, selling it, or allowing another person to use it — even a family member — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
8. Responsible Gaming
123mov takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal stress. To support this, the platform provides the following tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options that prevent you from accessing the platform for a set period.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 123mov platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game designs, interface layout, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 123mov or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the 123mov platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or using any automated tools to extract content or data from the platform is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
123mov provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results of using the platform will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123mov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or any other economic loss.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and Account Closure
123mov reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if we determine that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct related to your account;
- You have provided false or misleading registration information;
- Your account has been the subject of a chargeback claim through a payment provider;
- Regulatory or legal requirements compel us to restrict or terminate your access.
In cases of suspected fraud or serious Terms violations, any balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation clears your account, any withheld funds will be returned to you promptly. 123mov will communicate its findings to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
123mov may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, applicable law, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 123mov platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to request account closure and the return of any available balance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming matters.
